At The Chamberlayne Pub and Steakhouse we are trying to break the mould of the standard gastro pub by concentrating wholeheartedly on sourcing the finest beef in the country via our Smithfield Market based butcher.

Since we opened we have not stopped tasting and analyzing every piece of meat that comes through the kitchen door.

Every cut is taken from an animal that has been hung and dry aged especially for us in our butchers ageing room for a minimum of twenty eight days.

It is with this unequivocal determination, passion and relentless research that we can say that we serve the best UK and Scottish beef in London, whether it be sirloin, ribeye, t bone, chateaubriand or cote de boeuf.
