Head Chef - London

The Princess of Wales is currently looking for an experienced Head Chef to join the team.

The Princess of Wales is a very busy gastro pub situated in the heart of Primrose Hill. We are well established in the local community and pride ourselves on our amazing food we serve, from our burgers to our exceptional Sunday roasts.

We offer a competitive salary. You will be expected to work 45 - 50 hours a week, receive 28 days holiday a year (inclusive of public holidays).

You will work alongside our GM of the pub and be involved in all aspects of the business from prep to completion, so an outgoing personality and good communication skills are essential. You will also be involved in updating menus and designing new dishes, so experience in this is also highly desired. You will be leading a team so need to lead by example to insure that the highest possible levels of service and standards are upheld at all times. Your role will also involve managing the GP of the kitchen, so pricing and portion control experience is a must.
