We are looking for a driven, diligent and friendly Guest Experience Agent to join the team at The London EDITION hotel.
As a Guest Experience Agent you will:
- Responding to internal and external phone calls, emails and messages quickly and efficiently
- Managing guest requests, arrangements and queries
- Greeting guests and anticipating their needs throughout the stay
- Delivering a seamless check in and check out procedure
- Reporting and record keeping
Our most successful Guest Experience Agent is someone who:
- A clear communicator
- Organised and detail oriented
- Flexibility to work a variety of different shifts
- Previous experience in a similar hospitality environment is desirable
- A passion for delivering enchanting and memorable service
