We are looking for a passionate, dedicated and service-oriented Night Guest Experience Agent to join our Front Office team. In this role you will be a fundamental member of the Night team in the hotel, working with the Front Office, Kitchen, Bars, Room Service and Security to ensure our guests feel cared for during the night.

As a Night Guest Experience Agent you will:

  • Responding to internal and external phone calls, emails and messages quickly and efficiently
  • Managing guest requests, arrangements and queries 
  • Greeting guests and anticipating their needs throughout the stay 
  • Delivering a seamless check in and check out procedure
  • Reporting and record keeping

Our most successful Night Guest Experience Agent is someone who:

  • A clear communicator 
  • Organised and detail oriented 
  • Flexibility to work a variety of different shifts
  • Previous experience in a similar hospitality environment is desirable 
  • A passion for delivering enchanting and memorable service
