The impact you'll make as a Restaurant Supervisor

What you'll be doing as a Restaurant Supervisor
As part of our family of associates you will host a blend of guests & events including weddings, sports teams, corporate guests & leisure visitors:
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, supporting the team to reach common goals
- Assist the F&B and C&B leadership team in all areas to ensure a correct and smoothly-operating department.
- Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees and guests.
- Assist with hiring and coaching staff
- Serve as a role model in all areas, promoting uniform standards and good practice
- Preparation of letters, memos, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
- Maintain computer and paper-based filing and organisation systems for records, reports, documents, etc.
- Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities.
- Speak with others using clear and professional language including appropriate telephone etiquette.
- Serve food and beverages to guests making recommendations if needed
- Share your menu knowledge to assist guests with questions and special requests
- Record transactions in the MICROS system correctly and timely
- Check-in with guests to assure satisfaction with each course and beverage
- Clean tables, complete closing duties and re-stock tableware and other supplies
