POSITION SUMMARY
An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Front Office department for a Front Office Supervisor. The role is a permanent position, 40 hours over 5 days.
Main duties include:-
- Developing and maintaining positive and productive working relationships with other employees and departments.
- Assisting management in training, scheduling, evaluating, motivating and coaching employees.
- Promoting a welcoming environment.
- Checking guests in and out and assisting with any queries during their stay.
- Answering the telephone and directing accordingly.
- Ensure all guest complaints are followed up and dealt with professionally and efficiently.
- Following Brand Standards in all aspects of the job role.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous reception experience within the hospitality sector
- Excellent IT skills (Knowledge of Opera is ideal)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written, listening)
- Analytical capabilities (decision making and problem solving).
- Strong organisational skills.
- The ability to take the initiative and act with integrity.
