The Delta Hotels by Marriott Waltham Abbey are now recruiting for a dynamic and passionate Finance Assistant to join our Finance Team.
What you will do
As a Finance Assistant you will be responsible for:
- Checking figures, postings and documents for correct entry
- Organising, securing and maintaining finance files and records
- Maintaining accurate electronic spreadsheets for financial and accounting data
- Preparing financial records and documents as needed
- Assisting with completing month-end closing procedures and reports
- Preparing, reviewing, reconciling and issuing bills, invoices and account statements according to procedures.
