Salary: £12 per hour 

The Perseverance is one of our most charming pubs on the beautiful Lambs Conduit Street, surrounded by boutique shops, we have the loveliest customers who are very regular and often we see the same amazing NHS staff faces as Great Ormand Street is close by.

We pride ourselves on being warm, inviting, focusing on true Hospitality. We have a great selection of beers, ales & wines and we have a Pizza Kitchen which is a hit with the locals.

The Role & Requirements

We are looking a Pub Supervisor who love what they do and want to deliver nothing but incredible service.

You must have experience as a team leader or supervisor in pubs & bars

• Excellent Communication skills
• Genuine love for hospitality and chatting with the customers!
• It’s a very personable pub!
• A desire to learn and grown
• A desire to be an all-rounder and really get stuck in
• Confidence with opening & closing venues
• Great confidence in bar & floor set up
• Confident with people
• Ability to lead & motivate the team
