A VERY rare opportunity has come up for a successful General Manager with great knowledge of food and impeccable service standards to take over the reins. Please note that we are looking for someone who has passion for food and service with experience within Gastro Pubs & Restaurants.

The role & requirements

The GM role is all about the warmest welcome, exceptional service and delivering a wonderful experience. We are looking for a GM who is warm, welcoming, passionate about people & truly enjoys the Hospitality Industry. We are looking for a positive leader to ensure the team have the greatest time.

• Min of 2 year experienced as GM in a Gastro Pub/Restaurant with high service standards.
• Excellent Communication skills
• Naturally motivated to drive sales.
• Genuine love for hospitality and chatting with the customers! It’s a very personable pub, charisma, and charm.
• A desire to learn and grown.
• Personal Licence
• Ability to lead & motivate the team.
• The care to mentor your team ensuring training is completed.
• Strong financial skills
• A passion for food & service
• High personal standards
• Entrepreneurial flare
