Salary: £33,000 - £35,000 per annum

A stunning menu is on offer, a great selection of beer & wine and wonderful service. A devoted team ensures that excellent customer service is provided, and the team have a lot of fun along the way

The bustling area is surrounded by designers (literally next to the design centre) local teachers, pre Chelsea game drinkers and many regulars.

We are looking for a Sous Chef who is looking to work in an outstanding kitchen to progress their career. The kitchen is open planned so you must like to engage with customers!

Skills & Requirements

  • Passionate about your trade & craft, always wanting to deliver more.
  • Would love to become a Head Chef and run your own kitchen one day … soon!
  • Great leader, able to motivate and develop junior team members.
  • Great knowledge and certificates in food safety, hygiene, health & safety
  • Creative with ideas – your ideas count here, and we want you to have the freedom deserved!
  • Experience in ordering and working with suppliers, completing stock takes and working towards budgets & GPs
