Arthur Hoopers is our Modern Mediterranean restaurant in Borough Market, London Bridge.
A beautiful restaurant with a menu made from fresh, seasonal, and organic produce including wonderful fish and vegetarian options.
We pride ourselves on delivering fresh, dynamic dishes alongside a wonderful wine menu & impeccable customer service.
Our wonderful General Manager has been there for 6 years having started as a waitress and is proud of Arthur Hoppers and the team, she is very supportive and continually ensures that the Arthur Hooper teams works together.
We are looking for a passionate & experienced Head Chef who is looking to work in an outstanding kitchen and really showcase skills. We off a lot of autonomy therefore being a great platform for you to showcase your creative skills and to have your ideas heard.
We offer high-end cheese, charcuterie and small plates – perfect for sharing and our large plates that are regularly changed with specials.
We are looking for a creative Head Chef who has experience working within Mediterranean kitchens including cuisines from North Africa and Middle east.

Skills & requirements
- Experienced in high volume kitchens
- High Volume Christmas events and dining event experience
- Responsible for full kitchen health & safety regulations
- Responsible for food hygiene
- Food stock take, ordering and relationships with suppliers
- Ability to create innovative menus & specials
- Lead and train the team
- Great communicator and motivator
