Salary:  £12.70 including tronc plus additional incentive share of service & tips

The Role & Requirements

We are looking a Supervisor / Team leader who love what they do and want to deliver nothing but incredible service

• Team leader experience with confidence in running a shift
• Experience in opening & closing a bar
• Great understanding of cocktails, a love for food and an appetite for service
• A desire to learn and grown
• Team player
• Creative mind and positive outlook – enthusiastic about life!
• Good knowledge of bar set up
• Personal high standards
