The role & requirements

We are looking for Supervisors for several of our pubs that have warmth, charm and is very happy to get stuck in!

We want to develop our supervisors to become managers and reach for the stars

• Excellent Communication skills
• Genuine love for hospitality and chatting with the customers! It’s a very personable pub!
• A desire to learn and grown
• A desire to be an all-rounder and really get stuck in
• Confidence with opening & closing venues
• Confident with people
• Ability to lead & motivate the team
