Health & Fitness Advisor | Rebecca Adlington Swimming Centre

 

Location: Mansfield, NG19 7BZ

Working Hours: 20.83 hours (approx.), Week 1, Mon 6.30am – 1.45pm, Thurs, 3pm – 10pm

Week 2, Mon 6.30am – 1.45pm, Thurs 1pm – 10pm, Sat, 8am – 5pm, Sun 8am – 5pm, Week 3, Mon 6.30am – 3.30pm, Tues 6.30am – 3.30pm

Salary: £9.74 per hour

Key Purpose

 

To provide inspiring fitness coaching to customers, providing advice, guidance and programming to customers on all aspects of exercise and related subjects in accordance with our Customer Intimacy Health and Fitness programme.

 

Specific Requirements:

• Reps (Level 2) or equivalent
• Exercise Instruction, Coaching and Programming
• Health, safety and professionalism in exercise and fitness instruction
• Excellent product knowledge and experience
• High quality customer service and communication skills
• The ability to empathise and work with customers of all age groups and levels of ability.
• Planning, marketing and sales promotional skills
• An open, honest, approachable and outgoing personality.
