Lifeguard | Water Meadows Swimming and Fitness Complex

 

Location: Mansfield, NG18 1BA

Working Hours/Pattern: 37 hours between Monday to Sunday

Salary: £18,795.00 to £19,170.96 per annum

 

An exciting opportunity has arisen, as we are recruiting for a Lifeguard to work 37 hours per week covering earlies, lates and weekends between Monday to Sunday on a rota basis.

 

Water Meadows Swimming and Fitness Complex offers everything you need for a great family visit. The leisure pool is packed with water rides to keep both adults and children entertained, whilst the competition pool and fitness suite provide for those seeking a more active visit.

 

Key Purpose of the role?

 

The Lifeguard's role is to work within the centre, ensuring customer safety and high standards of service and customer care at all times.  The role will involve supervision of specific activities including lifeguarding the swimming pools, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and the safe handling and set up of equipment.

 

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who has previous experience of working within the leisure environment with the ability to set and achieve high standards of cleanliness and personal presentation as well as excellent communication and customer service skills. You should also have a good awareness of Health & Safety policies and procedures.
