Mamuska Restaurants Limited has survived the pandemic and various lockdowns and is now searching for a unique, entrepreneurial personality with the full skill set required to build a motivated and aspirational team to run the business.  We are searching for an energy that is matched with a proven track record.  This challenge is to transform the business behind the scenes while expanding on the already fantastic brand experience that our customers enjoy.

This is a £2 million per annum by revenue business and the commercial streams you will be overseeing include:

Mamuśka! Polish Kitchen and Bar

• Lunch
• Dinner
• After dinner drinks
• Delivery

The Platform at Mamuśka!

• Mezzanine dining and bar space
• Corporate and private hire

Indoor and Outdoor Catering

• Leisure Tour Groups
• Off-Site Catering
• Special Events

Your targets will be measured and will need to be achieved. Instead of bonuses, you will take a 5% share of the NET profits, before shareholder dividends. This business hit just under £1 million revenue in 2019, was on track to hit £1.5 million in 2020 (before the pandemic hit) and will rebound in 2022 to break the £2 million mark.  The potential is truly incredible and potential rewards are outstanding.

The unique person for whom we are searching will be motivated by more than the money.  Mamuśka! is the UK’s biggest and most well-known Polish brand. Our mission is to introduce Polish food, art, music and culture to the wider world, starting with London and expanding into Europe and North America. We are looking for a serious leader who can motivate and manage behaviours to achieve performance, implement winning procedures and drive improvements to bring a calm confidence to the team while constantly innovating and supporting a positive and unique brand experience for our valued customers.

The restaurant is 6000 square feet, with over 250 seats set in an amazing industrial space just off the Thames in Southbank Waterloo. Coming out of the pandemic, we are already trading at over £1 million and are ready to double those sales.

You will need to have at least 5 years in senior management within a restaurant environment, practical skills to achieve self-sufficiency, financial knowledge to interpret data and respond accordingly and a love for the customer so that you are hands-on and on the floor, leading the team from the front, as often as possible.
