Store Manager Designates - London

We want to make Majestic the only place people think about when they want to buy wine.

If you’ve got at least two years experience in sales and people management along with a passion for wine, customers and operational excellence, we want you to apply to be one of our Majestic retail leaders.

After six months of product training and an extensive and intensive learning and development programme we will expect you to be able to compete to run one of our stores as if it was your very own business.

What will I be doing?

Our job at Majestic is to help customers discover and buy wines that they will love!

You’ll spend your time -

Delivering exceptional service to every customer.

Using your growing wine knowledge to help us dispel the belief that wine is a pompous product, bring wine to life and help our customers find and buy wines they love.

Be able to run a smooth operation, ensuring your store is spick and span, fully stocked, fully staffed and a great place to shop. You'll know all about margin and gross profit and will have written many business plans and profit and loss statements..

Being a great Manager of people, leading your team to success and regularly hitting sales targets. You will also be able to coach and develop your people and inspire them to success.

Learning. With plenty of hands on experience and regular visits to the Support Centre, we’ll arm you with all the knowledge you will need to become a Majestic superstar. As for wine, through training, tastings and study we’ll give you all the tools and support you need to sit the WSET Level 2, and pass with flying colours to become a fully fledged wine guru.

Is it for me?

Our people come from all walks of life but there’s a few things that we all have in common.
