Join our team of exceptional Spa Therapists at Macdonald Bath Spa Hotel, and you’ll work in a fabulous five-star hotel environment. Our Spa Therapists play a crucial role in providing superb service and a luxurious experience for our guests. Outline Job Description:
- Welcoming and professional approach to guests
- Passion for exceeding guest expectations, first time, on time, every time
- Experience of Elemis skincare range is an advantage; however, full training will be given
- Immaculate presentation standards
- Experience in a similar role and luxury environment
- Excellent communication skills with high standards of literacy, numeracy, and office-based computer systems
- Good working knowledge of a spa reservation system is preferred; however, full training will be given.
This position will include shifts working Saturday and Sunday. Additional hours may be required to support the hotel during our busier periods, including bank holidays.
Requirements:
You must be qualified to a minimum NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy level.
Salary: £12.00 per hour
