Outline Job Description:

Our fitness instructor role is an excellent opportunity to help build your skills as a PT and class teacher and learn the day-to-day operations of a leisure club. You will work closely with everything fitness and help keep our high standard at the club. This role is more than just looking after our club members but also maintaining the club’s standards as a whole.

We can help develop your PT as well, as we are one of the only clubs to offer no rent for PT as long as you PT our members. We have over 700 members to gain clients from, and you will have full access to our social media to help promote yourself.

A long side of this day-to-day role would consist of daily checks, teaching classes, inductions, retention calls, member interaction, standard club cleaning/cleanliness0, pool tests and plant room checks.

This position will include shifts working Saturday and Sunday. Additional hours may be required to support the hotel during our busier periods, including bank holidays.

Salary: £10.00 per hour
