About a role:

Working closely with our talented new Sous Chef, we're looking for an experienced chef who can help us to develop our food offering further and continue to grow the business.

This exciting role will involve supporting the kitchen’s day-to-day operations in the Head Chef's absence and helping to develop our menus.

You will need a keen eye for detail, an organised approach, and a willingness to exceed our guests’ expectations. The role requires you to:

• Support the Head Chef in a hands-on capacity
• Have a sound knowledge of food safety and monitor this daily
• Achieve excellent cleanliness standards
• Mentor junior members of the kitchen team
• Ensure that guest satisfaction is at the heart of all you do

This position will include shifts working Saturday and Sunday. Additional hours may be required to support the hotel during our busier periods, including bank holidays.

Salary: £28K - £32K per annum

Min 2 years of experience as a Junior Sous Chef.
