About a role:

The Fitness Instructor / Leisure Club Assistant will report directly to the Leisure Manager and will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sparkling environment in all areas of the Club, including locker rooms, showers, and toilets; laundering and re-stocking towels; restocking toiletries and other guest services; deep cleaning of all wet side facilities; assisting with pool water quality testing. Knowledge of Fitness and the ability to develop is critical. Experience in a similar role or environment is an advantage. However, full training will be given. Our Leisure teams work alongside our Spa team to ensure seamless service between departments. A proactive and welcoming approach to guests and colleagues is essential.

  • First Aid Qualification
  • Pool Attendant Qualification
  • Knowledge of PremCore would be advantageous.

Additional hours may be required to support the business at busy times, i.e. Bank Holidays.

Salary

  • Earn up to £8.00- £9.80 per hour, dependent on experience.
