M Restaurants are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Chef de Partie to join one of our new opening in Canary Wharf! You will be working with the finest ingredients and some of the best beef in the world. We are extremely proud of the exquisite food we serve with everything we make being prepared in the restaurant.

We are looking for this Chef de Partie to be experienced in working as a Senior Chef de Partie in a fresh food kitchen, and be extremely passionate about food. Our Senior Chef de Partie will have experience managing a section or have grill experience and working as part of a busy team in a fast-paced environment. They must be able to deliver dishes following a spec, and have a genuine passion for cooking.
