We are currently recruiting a Head Chef at one of our Amazing M Restaurants London = the most exciting, multifaceted hotspot in London.
M GRILL, which offers the worlds’ best steaks and sustainable seafood and M RAW, our 100% vegetarian restaurant with a modern menu designed to celebrate, not just accommodate, restaurant dining for vegetarians, vegans and diners with ‘free from’ preferences. This is an unique opportunity for an experienced kitchen Griller chef to join our London based restaurants, serving officially the best and highest grades of beef on the planet, including 10+ Kobe Beef from Hyogo Japan along with the finest wines from across the world. All our products are selected for their outstanding quality and sustainability. You will need to have a passion to work with good quality fresh ingredients and the motivation to work your way up the career ladder to the next level.

2 Rosette background
Have the pace and eye for detail to work in a busy brigade
Has a work ethic that matches our vision for the restaurant
Maintaining cleanliness in the work place.
Passionate about food
Enjoys working as part of a close team
Ensuring freshness of products in use.
Have a great history of controlling COS
Able to control wages costs
Use to managing a large brigade
