Head Chef Opportunity - Lyons Woodlands Hall Hotel

An exciting opportunity has opened up for an experienced Head Chef at the Lyons Woodlands Hall Hotel in Ruthin.  Our hotel is a beautiful historic building located in the stunning Llanfwrog mountains.   Woodlands Hall Hotel is a popular venue for weddings, parties, casual drinks and offers locally sourced produce and high-quality dining. 

The role

In the role of Head Chef you will confidently lead the kitchen team, creating attractive menus suitable for our hotel guests, Holiday Home Park Customers and parties for all occasions.  This is a full-time position which will include working over weekends and public holidays.  The salary for this role is negotiable depending on experience. Due to our hotel being situated in such a remote location, having your own transport is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Food hygiene certificate
• Certificate in food health and safety
• Professional cookery qualification such as an NVQ
