An exciting opportunity has arisen at Lyons Pendyffryn Hall Caravan Park and Country Club in Penmaenmawr for an experienced Bar Manager.  This property is set in a beautiful location and is conveniently near to the A55, Conwy and Llandudno.

In this position you will enjoy a busy, hands-on role where you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and go wild with your imagination creating fun events to entertain our customers and entice new interest from the local area and further afield. 

You will have exemplary standards and be responsible for ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to by staff members at all times whilst maintaining high levels of cleanliness and customer service standards.  The ability to demonstrate outstanding leadership whilst being able to delegate responsibilities, prioritise and organise tasks is essential to enjoy this valuable career opportunity.

The role includes:

• Overseeing the successful running and management of the bar.
• Successfully motivating our bar team and developing positive working relationships.
• Building rapport with our guests by delivering amazing hospitality and ensuring excellent customer service is provided at all times.
• Maintaining specified profit margins, monitoring stock control, cashing up and ensuring all legislative and maintenance guidelines are adhered to.

About You:
Ideally you will have 18 months experience working in a hospitality background and be a real people person who is passionate about service and fanatical about quality.  You must also be Health and Safety Conscious with considerable understanding of operations within the hospitality sector.  Holding a Personal Licence would be advantageous but is not essential for this role.
