Bar and Restaurant Manager - Woodlands Hall Hotel, Ruthin​

The Lyons Group are currently recruiting for a Bar and Restaurant Manager at our Woodlands Hall Hotel in the beautiful, remote Llanfwrog near Ruthin.

The role

  • Overseeing all aspects of the bar, restaurant and hotel operations.
  • To motivate the bar, restaurant and hotel team.
  • Deliver amazing hospitality to our guests by constantly exceeding expectations.
  • Increasing our revenue by executing marketing strategies.

The ability to demonstrate outstanding leadership whilst being able to delegate responsibilities, prioritise and organise complex projects is essential to enjoy this valuable career opportunity

Essential Criteria

Our ideal candidate with have the following skills and experience:-

  • Management experience with a track record of achievement and profitable growth within a similar bar, restaurant and hotel environment.
  • Thorough knowledge of restaurant control systems including processes of revenue management and budget planning would be a distinct advantage.

This is a permanent, full time role with an annual salary of £22,000 plus incentivised bonus scheme.
