Arcade Attendant - Towyn, Abergele 

Due to expansion, Lyons Holiday Parks, a family run business are currently recruiting for seasonal arcade attendants to assist with the running of our busy arcades within the Lyons Group.  This is an excellent opportunity to work and develop within an arcade environment as there is a possibility for two of these roles to develop to permanent positions when they are reviewed at the end of the season.  Due to gaming rules we are only able to accept applications from candidates over 18 years of age.

The duties of this post will include:-

• Basic arcade machine maintenance, filling ticket machines, repairing coin blockages and ensuring our machines are working correctly
• Providing outstanding customer service by walking through our arcades, referring customer complaints to the arcade supervisor, building rapport with our guests and ensuring our holiday guests are happy
• Assisting in our Prize Shop, exchanging tickets for prizes, rotating, replenishing stock and creating an attractive display
• Upholding the cleanliness of our arcades by cleaning machines and their surrounding areas

Our arcades are open from 9am to 2am and this role will involve working during the evenings, weekends and at night with a changeable shift working pattern. 

Experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.  A full driving licence is a distinct advantage
