Breakfast Waiter/Waitress - Lucknam Park Hotel & Spa, Chippenham

We have an opportunity for a part time (25 hours/week) Breakfast Waiter/Waitress to join the Food and Beverage team at Lucknam Park.   You will be required to work in both ‘Restaurant Hywel Jones’ and the Brasserie to ensure that guests receive excellent service during this important service period.  We are looking for a charismatic team member who has a positive approach to work and engaging personality.

Skills and experience required to fulfil the Breakfast Waiter/Waitress role:

• Previous experience within a Food and Beverage environment
• The ability to deliver excellent customer service
• Professional and approachable manner with the ability to establish a rapport with guests
• Communicate in fluent English – written and verbal
• The ability to remain calm under pressure
• Smart appearance
• Initiative and a proactive approach to work

Please be aware Lucknam Park is located in beautiful countryside which is difficult to reach via public transport, therefore your own transport would be advisable to enable you to fulfil the shifts for the role.

This is a part time role working 25 hours a week over 5 days, hours will be 7.30am to 12.30pm and will include weekends and Public/Bank Holidays.  Rate of pay will be relevant to age.
