General Manager - Chippenham

Running a Lounge means connecting our team with the community, not hiding in an office. You'll have the freedom to make your mark - on everyone and everything. On shift, customers become friends, and our place becomes theirs for as long as they need. You help them fall in love with us a little more every time they visit. As the reliable face of the Lounge, you're busy sorting shifts, tackling training and setting the service's pace.

What do you get?

• As our General Manager you will be paid as follows:
• Base salary: up to £34k per year
• Bonus: likely to be £3-5k per year, paid quarterly
• Average bonus for this role is £4k per year
• Max possible bonus is £9.6k
• 100% of eligible General Managers earned some bonus last year.
