As our Head Chef, you would be busy doing what you love - cooking from menus that are full of hearty home flavours. You'd also be working with some of the friendliest people around, our Loungers. They know the importance of treating everyone with kindness. Whether front of house offering a warm welcome or in the engine room preparing the food, they give it their all, approaching things in the same way, with a smile on their face and the knowledge that they've got each other's back.

What do you get?

• As our Head Chef you will be paid as follows:
• Base salary: up to £34k per year
• Bonus: likely to be £3-5k per year, paid quarterly
• Average bonus for this role is £4k per year
• Max possible bonus is £9.6k
• 100% of eligible Head Chefs earned some bonus last year.
