General Manager

We are looking for a dynamic General Manager to lead the continued growth of London’s fastest growing weight loss company. Building on our established method and brand we are looking for an experienced leader who is passionate about exceptional customer service to help drive our business forward.

As General Manager you will be responsible for:

• Enhancing customer service and the team culture in line with our brand values
• Meeting key targets including profitability, sales, retention and revenue per client
• Providing visible leadership across the company, embedding a ‘one team’ culture
• Ensuring that team member performance is aligned to our core targets
• Creating and inspiring service excellence throughout the client journey
• Innovating the product offering and identifying opportunities for growth
• Helping to shape the business plan and strategy providing insight and challenge to the directors
• Operational management of the business including HR, operations and compliance
