About Loch Fyne
At Loch Fyne we’ve become famous for our
sustainably sourced, delicious seafood - much
of which still comes direct from the loch and is
delivered fresh. Our attention to detail sets us apart
from the rest - in all we do, from preparing our
food to choosing our people, we are passionate
about doing everything to the best possible standard.
That passion is demonstrated by our team,
who love their restaurant like it’s their own.

About the role
You’ll be helping to run a fast paced, fresh food
restaurant. It requires connecting with people quickly
in an outgoing, friendly manner. Leading from the
front in a guest obsessed environment, you’ll project
enthusiasm and set the pace.

About you
Our Assistant Managers are our General Managers
of the future, so you’ll have the ambition to run your
own restaurant. The ability to anticipate customer
needs will come naturally to you, and a busy, fresh

thrive. Ideally you’ll have some experience in the
hospitality industry and/or a relevant degree.
