You must be motivated to further your knowledge in wine, food, and hospitality. No experience is required but an enthusiasm to learn and an ambition to grow is a must.

As part of our food and beverage team you will be working in a relaxed, approachable atmosphere with stylish surroundings serving high quality wines to our guests. We offer an extensive list of over 650 wines to our guests, with wines across the world and locally.

As part of a team of 4 led by Dan our Head Sommelier. This position is naturally guest focused with good communication, attention to detail and presentation needed to ensure our guests have memorable experiences.

We offer on the job training and for free the world famous WSET qualifications you can take with you around the globe.
