The Light, Banbury brings together a diner, restaurant, bars, seven-screen cinema, 10-lane bowling alley, adventure climb arena, arcade, karaoke room, interactive darts, mini-golf and American style pool tables and much more all under one roof.

Experienced Floor Team

We are looking for a talented and experienced Floor Team to work in our Diner where our three-resident street-food style vendors Fratellis, PITTSBURGER and Coffee Cabana offer only the best tasting food prepared by our chefs using only the freshest ingredients and delivered directly to our guest's tables.

Our Floor Team Members are at the heart and soul of our diner taking orders, delivering food and drink, and surprising and delighting our guests, ensuring they are having the best experience in our diner.

About you

As a floor team member you should be able to demonstrate the following:

• Previous experience working in a restaurant or casual dining business is preferred
• An interest in food and drink with a passion for hospitality
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Enjoy working in a team with the ability to motivate and inspire others.

Please Note: Flexibility is key. You must be willing to work evening shifts, weekends, bank holidays and school holiday periods.
