Supervisor - Cambridge

Reports to: Assistant Manager

Direct Reports: Team Members

Purpose: We are looking for an individual who can Communicate effectively with and provide support to Team Members with relation to deployment, breaks, queue management, briefings etc. and be the first escalation point for any customer interactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare the cinema for opening and deliver high level of customer service.
  • Maintain regular and effective communication links with the management team and team members.
  • Attend and contribute to team leader, management team meetings and the development and delivery of Team Members meetings as required.
  • Ensure ongoing feedback, coaching and development of team members, recognizing great performance at every opportunity
  • Induct, train, develop, motivate and engage team members
  • Encourage regular customer feedback and relay to Management team to implement improvement strategies
  • Ensure all relevant licensing, legislative and business compliance is adhered to.
  • Maintain operational standards to Company expectations, Develop, support and understand back of house operations to deliver the business objectives.
  • Maximise sales opportunities (Upselling, suggestive selling etc.)

Skills Required:

  • Numeracy and literacy skills
  • Customer facing industry experience
  • Knowledge of film
  • IT Literate
  • Good organisational skills
  • Good communicator
