Team Member - Cambridge

Full time hours

Reports to: Supervisor

Direct Reports: NA

Purpose: To ensure that you are delivering the highest standard of customer service to drive sales, contribute efficiently to the smooth running of the Cinema and become an essential member of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver customer service to a high standard with the ability to provide knowledge of the business’ services and current/upcoming marketing promotions
  • Cooperate with colleagues, be proactive and always maintain professionalism to ensure smooth running of the business
  • Drive sales, assist with stock take and follow correct cash handling procedures.
  • Follow food hygiene and Health and Safety regulations
  • Provide assistance in cleaning for closing

Experience required: Previous experience delivering customer service to a high standard
