Supervisor - Addlestone
Reports to: Assistant Manager
Direct Reports: Team Members
Responsibilities:
- Preparing the cinema ready for opening, and to provide great customer service by organising and effectively communicating with Team Members with relation to deployment, breaks, queue management, briefings etc. and be the first escalation point for any customer interactions.
- Maintain regular and effective communication links with the management team and team members.
- Participate in team leader and management team meetings as required.
Managing People:
- Ensure ongoing feedback, coaching and development of team members, recognising great performance at every opportunity.
- Assist in the development and delivery of team member meetings.
- Effective organisation of team Members and resources to deliver the operational requirements of the cinema.
- Induct, train, develop, motivate and engage team members.
Customer Service:
- Support team members in ensuring an excellent customer journey through resolution of any customer query/issue.
- Capture customer feedback and communicate to the Management team to continually improve the cinema customer first strategy.
- Lead and support team members in delivering a great customer experience
Operations:
- Enure all relevant licensing, legislative and business compliance is adhered to.
- Maintain operational standards to Company expectations
- Ensure team members are aware of relevant business information to:
- Meet the business needs
- Operate effectively
- Maximise sales opportunities (Upselling, suggestive selling etc.)
- Develop, support and understand back of house operations to deliver the business objectives.
Skills Required:
- Assist with back of house compliance
- Numeracy and literacy skills
- Customer facing industry experience
- Knowledge of film
- IT Literate
- Good organisational skills
- Good communicator
