If you answered ‘YES’ to all the above questions, we would love to hear from you. At lifeLEISURE we have an exciting opportunity for two Business Managers to join our award-winning team due to the expansion of this group of centres and upcoming maternity leave of the current post-holder. 

Reporting to the Senior Business Manager for the cluster and with responsibility for leading the development and operations of one of the facilities in the group whilst supporting operations at the other, the successful applicant will be a forward thinking and motivated individual who is committed to leading and progressing their team to continually succeed in achieving lifeLEISURE’s business and charitable objectives. 

Our Business Managers play key roles in the development of lifeLEISURE, leading their centre(s), delivering successful business plans and budgets, and developing their teams. You will demonstrate our Preferred Behaviours culture of being a Winner, Authentic, Together, Caring and Happy (W.A.T.C.H.) and have the ability to create an awareness for the importance of customer service, communication and compliant operational delivery amongst your team.
