And we are bringing communities together to make them fitter, healthier, and happier – it’s all part of our job as the preferred operating partner of the National Football Trust. We`re growing fast – which means we are looking for new talent to really make a mark. So, we have loads of exciting opportunities, backed by incredible support which creates an amazing atmosphere even on a cold, wet Tuesday in winter. Every great team needs star talent and we are now looking for Duty  Managers to join our squad in preparation for January 2023 when Newcastle will open two football and fitness hubs.


The football and fitness Hub business is unique. Why? because all surplus income we make is reinvested back into local grass roots football. Therefore, we mean it when we say every penny counts! The suitable candidate is required to:

 

 

 

  • Have a high competency and possess confidence to develop the business and lead a team to achieve results Manage, motivate, and inspire others across all areas of the business.  Have strong leadership ability to build great relationships with customers, partners and your own team. As Duty Manager you are responsible for delivering 5-star service and outstanding financial performance, whilst engaging with the wider community by hosting and supporting events and programmes to achieve social outcomes.

 

 

 

You’ll need to have a good understanding of the football and gym market and what the consumer needs are, and how to continually develop and grow this area of the business.
