Senior Sales Person - leading Family Entertainment Centre, Ipswich - 20k + 2k OTE

We are looking to recruit a sales manager or a Senior Sales person for a leading Family entertainment centre in Ipswich. You will need to be passionate about sales, and be someone who will thrive working in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

As the sales manager you will combine your skills of customer service and sales techniques to attract potential customers. You will be managing and coaching a team of consultants against clear targets and set KPIs to achieve greatness.

There are state of the art facilities in the centre with a very busy café too, which create the perfect package to sell! The role has a great basic of 20k and there is an additional circa 2k in commission to be earned!

The successful candidate will need:

* To show passion, drive and energy every day!
* Support and developing of 2 Sales Advisors to be successful through effective coaching and motivation.
* To personally contribute to the sales target
* To take responsibility in contributing to the research, planning and delivery of lead generation initiatives that drives the achievement of new member targets.

Ideally we are looking for candidates from within the leisure or health and fitness industry but we will consider people from other backgrounds as long as they have worked towards daily KPI's and have consistently hit monthly targets.
