Team Leader - Hertford

Team Leader (NPLQ Qualified) - Hertford up to 18K.

We are currently recruiting for a Team leader to work at a vibrant leisure centre based in Hertford.

The role has plenty of scope for internal progression and has opportunities to take on additional training and qualifications. The salary is up to 18k and the role includes fantastic benefits including two complimentary memberships, one for yourself and one for a family member

You will be responsible for the smooth running of a large centre through member, customer and team interaction. You will be pivotal in encouraging affective communication between the lifeguards and duty managers. Looking after the daily running of a large centre that offers a wide range of sporting and leisure facilities that are very much targeted at the local community, including two swimming pools and a water confidence area, sports hall, modern gym, two group exercise studios, a group cycling studio, children's soft play area, café and crèche. You will be responsible for the opening and closing of the building and following Health and Safety procedures.

As well as being organised and a confident communicator, you will have leadership experience in a similar environment and understand the importance of being a team player. You will bring enthusiasm, a passion for excellent customer service and a can-do attitude.

****The successful candidate will need to be NPLQ Lifeguard Qualified.
