I am currently recruiting for an award winning leisure provider. The role is a Sales consultant role based in Fleet. They provide a fantastic induction and training programme as well as a structured development career plan. You have the chance to work in a fun, dynamic atmosphere, and earn lots of commission while doing so.

You will be responsible for increasing membership numbers through proactive sales techniques.

The role is ideally suited to someone who is seriously passionate about fitness, used to dealing with clients on a daily basis and has worked in a target driven environment. Someone who is confident approaching people face to face as well as over the phone and doesn't shy from overcoming objections or become de-motivated after the odd rejection. You will need to have excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as basic computer skills and work well independently as well as in a team.
