General Manager - Fitness 5,000/month + 25% bonus

This is a great opportunity for a general manager to work for one of the leading European fitness brands and manage one of their clubs in East Milan. We are looking for candidates who have a proven track record of leading and managing health and fitness teams to deliver exceptional customer service and engagement and who have the commercial acumen and operational skills to ensure the club outperforms. You will be responsible for driving and leading the sales and ensuring the club hits it's net gain targets whilst managing your team of personal trainers and coaches to deliver an exceptional service on the gym floor and across the studio timetable. You will be the type of leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and who will be given the autonomy to drive the business forward through a proactive localised marketing strategy backed up by a huge online presence.

We are keen to talk to candidates who are already working as a GM in the fitness industry and who is looking for a role where you will be given great autonomy to run your club and own the p and l. You will also benefit from a significant investment that is being made into the club this year and which has the potential to take the membership base to 3500.

You will need to be fluent in both Italian and English and have strong MS office skills and experience in compiling reports and analysis and presenting at Board Level.

My client offers a highly competitive basic salary of €5,000 per month with the genuine opportunity to achieve up to 25% of your basic salary in an annual bonus. There are excellent opportunities for further career progression with this leading international brand.
