We are recruiting for a sales and marketing manager in Norwich to work at one of the largest sports complexes in the region. As sales and marketing manager you will manage all the team of membership advisors, the marketing and communications and the reception team. As a senior manager within the centre, you will carry out duty management shifts. Key responsibilities include:

• Responsibility for driving positive new member movement.
• Manage and implement strategies and campaigns to increase and retain customers,
• Accountable for the day-to-day sales and marketing activity including all customer communications.
• Conceive, develop and implement a comprehensive annual sales, marketing and promotions plan.
• Provide campaign measurement, analysis and evaluation of all activities implemented.
• Work closely with the management team to achieve the key targets.
• Utilise the management information systems and CRM to optimise performance.
• Manage and develop customer feedback to inform improvements to processes and strategies.
• Review and actively seek to improve the full customer journey.
• Responsibility for recruitment, induction, training, development and performance management of the team.

We are keen to hear from candidates who have :

• Substantial experience in a directly comparable role with proven success in improving net sales growth and/or customer growth through innovative sales techniques.
• A marketing degree or equivalent qualification.
