£46,000 - £48,000 basic + significant bonus potential

I am looking for a general manager to run a large and very successful family focused health and racquets club in Peterborough. My client is widely recognised as being one of the very best companies to work for in the UK.

With a turnover in excess of £3m and team of 100 full and part time staff it represents a high profile and exciting opportunity.

• Have experience driving revenue across multiple income lines including retail and hospitality

• Live within 45 minutes travel time of Peterborough

In addition to a highly competitive basic salary of 46-48k, there is the opportunity to earn an annual performance related bonus of up to 50% of the basic salary with 5 weeks holiday, a company pension contribution of 5% and free family membership to the club.
