Golf Membership Sales Advisor x2 - Banbury up to 23K basic OTE 30K

An exciting opportunity for two membership sales advisors to join a fast growing and dynamic business operating within the golf market, based in Banbury, Oxfordshire..

You will be joining a newly created team to sell golf club memberships, working with incoming leads via social media, the website and incoming calls to prospects eager to take advantage of a range of value for money golf club memberships.

As golf membership sales advisor you will be:

• Working to minimum key performance indicators and daily call times.
• Working a combination of shifts which will predominantly be 10-6 with one weekend in two where the hours will be 9-5pm.

We are keen to talk to candidates who have a proactive sales background ideally in health club membership sales or golf sales. We are ideally looking for candidates who have genuine interest in golf, as either a player or knowledgeable fan as you will be talking to golfers day in day out.

In addition to a basic salary of up to 23k, there is a genuine opportunity to earn a further 7K in bonuses, benefits include 33 days holiday including bank holidays, a contributory pension scheme, free golf, free parking on site and the use of a well equipped fitness facility on site.
