General Manager - Nottingham

£55,000-£60,000 basic+ car + significant bonus

I am looking for a general manager to work for one of the largest and most successful leisure businesses in Nottingham. As general manager you will be responsible for a multi million pound turnover and leading a team of 100+ staff to deliver an exceptional member experience across a large and complex sporting and leisure complex.

As General Manager you are responsible for multiple income streams across memberships, retail, food and beverage, coaching and activity programs. It is a fun place to work and with constant innovation and investment, you'll be working at pace in an exciting and dynamic results based business.

We are very keen to talk to high achieving leaders working at the premium end of the hotel, retail or hospitality sectors who can demonstrate their leadership and commercial skills in positively influencing a premium commercially focused business. You will lead from the front in engaging, influencing, coaching and directing your team to deliver outstanding service and operational excellence during every visit.
