Leisure Club Manager

Club Manager Solihull up to 30K basic + 4K bonus

An exciting opportunity for a club manager to take on the challenge of running a well-established and very successful hotel based leisure club. In addition to looking after the hotel guests you will be looking after a significant membership base and the challenge will be to meet and exceed challenging targets whilst delivering an exceptional members and guest experience. .

As leisure club manager you will lead from the front, be obsessed with leading and developing your team to consistently deliver an exceptional experience for members and guests.

• Meet and exceed monthly membership sales and net gain targets
• Initiates and drives a localised marketing campaigns and promotions
• Manages overall operations of Leisure Club department including pool plant operations.
• Ensures the highest quality and safety for all areas of service and facility.
• Manages all areas of the club to ensure brand standards of hospitality, health & safety and cleanliness are met.
• To Hire, train and develop staff at all levels within the club
• Carry out duty management shifts within the hotel

This is ideal opportunity for a well-established operations or sales manager looking to take their first step up into club management or an existing club manager looking to work in a high service led environment.
