Call Centre Operative - West London. 15-17k + 6-12k OTE
A vibrant & young company located near Brentford, West London is looking for a driven sales consultant to work in their call centre; the role requires candidates to be self-motivated, have a high attention to detail, committed to delivering excellent customer service while working against sales targets
The company has an existing successful call team and are looking for team members to add and build on this success by having a dedicated sales drive to increase revenue and in turn be rewarded with a commission of up to £500 - £1,000 per month
This will involve taking bookings/payments, redeeming vouchers for gift experiences, email enquiries, dealing with event companies/agents, quoting and invoicing on bookings. This will predominately involve actively looking for new avenues of business. The successful candidate must have very good written and spoken English and be able to work in a professional, demanding, friendly, polite and welcoming team. This will also involve evening and weekend work and shifts based on a team rota and averaging 40 hours per week.
