General Manager - Leading Late Night Bar & Burger Venue

Up to £45k basic + 100% bonus

I am currently looking for an experienced General Manager for a late night bar in North Cornwall. My client is a leading late night venue across Europe and the UK, who offer exceptional service in a fast paced and high volume site in North Cornwall. With a huge menu, including bespoke burgers, platters, bar snacks and breakfasts, and a huge drinks range including corporate deals, discounts for students and discounts for customers staying in the a joining hostels, the role is varied and fun, but requires a strong general manager who will be on call 24 hours a day.



My client is looking for an organised leader, and someone who is able to delegate, with the operation open 365 days a year, you will be required to manage your staff team towards targets and KPIs, whilst motivating them to work to the company standards and put in the hard graft.

With a huge emphasis on the food with recent changes implemented, we are ideally looking for someone who has experience in managing sites that are taking £50k + week, and have experience in implementing exceptional food delivery. My client is looking for the someone who can effect change, drive business and make a real difference in this epic venue.

A great party atmosphere, but no longer the 'cheap night out', it is important you have experience in managing late night venues that have a real party atmosphere, but also have a huge emphasis on food.
